Shipping, Returns & Privacy

Shipping

Every print is made to order through my print partner Prodigi rather than pulled off a shelf, so please allow 2–5 business days for printing, plus standard shipping time on top of that depending on where you're located. You'll get an email with tracking once it's on its way.

Returns & damages

Because each piece is printed specifically for you, I'm not able to accept returns for a change of mind. But if your print arrives damaged, defective, or wrong in some way, email me a photo at mayraraee@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement or refund.

Privacy

Placing an order means sharing your name, email, shipping address, and payment info. Stripe handles the payment itself, so I never see or store your card details. Your shipping info goes to Prodigi so they can get the print to you, and isn't used for anything beyond that.

If you reach out through the contact form, your message comes straight to my inbox through Web3Forms - that's the only thing it's used for.
